Occasionally customers may have difficulty logging into the site. This could be due to a number of factors such as duplicate phone numbers or email addresses in the system. If logging in by email address does not work, please try your MusiciansBuy account code or phone number (without any punctuation or spaces). Forgot your password

If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password link in the Account login page. Your password will be mailed to the e-mail address that you have given as part of your account information.

Order Status

Click on the Login button and log in if you haven't already. Then click the link marked Order Tracking. Just log on and choose "Pending Orders" or "Orders" then click the button. (Your order is considered "Pending" until is reviewed and approved by our staff. Once approved it becomes an "Order.") A page of all Orders pertaining to your account will be displayed. Click on a line item for details. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made. To track the shipment, you must go to the web site of the shipping carrier.
