FULLY
INSURED:
All packages are fully insured. Additionally, we take care of
non-shipping damage, defective merchandise. Please contact Customer Service
should you have any problems when receiving your order.
FASTER SHIPPING SERVICE:
Please call or email us us for a quote on the cost of expedited shipping. We do deduct ground shipping from the shipping cost if it would be free. Next Day Shipments- MINIMUM charge $75, Second Day Shipments- MINIMUM $40
KORG AND AKAI PRODUCTS, KEYBOARD WORKSTATIONS AND DJ GEAR OVER $1500.
We do not offer fast shipping service or accept an alternate shipping address on these items.
TRACKING NUMBERS:
Customers are sent a tracking number through FedEx on the day the order ships for
tracking purposes except for direct shipments from the manufacturer. We provide
an easy to use tracking system that interfaces with FedEx's site so that you can
easily track your order. Please note that orders with very over-sized and/or
overweight items that must ship via trucking line, direct shipments and very
small items shipped via FedEx will not receive a tracking number. All
orders shipped via USPS will not have a tracking number available.
PLEASE NOTE: LOST FEDEX PACKAGES REQUIRE 8 DAYS TO RESOLVE USING A TRACER
ORDERS
FOR IN STOCK ITEMS PLACED BY 3:00 PM EASTERN TIME ARE USUALLY SHIPPED THE THE
SAME DAY:
Outside the state of Florida, please allow 2 to 6 working days for delivery
Generally for the:
Southeast and up to New York- allow 2 to 3 working days Midwest and New
England- allow 4 working days Rocky Mountains and Maine- allow 5 working days
The West Coast- allow 6 working days
PLEASE NOTE: Some orders are
shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 6 working days to any
state. Typically add an extra day for processing time if the order is shipping to an alternate address
CUSTOMER
SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
We only ship to addresses on file with your credit card company to protect
customers and our company due to the high amount of fraud with online purchases
related to pro audio and musical instruments. With this policy, we can continue
to offer our customers lower prices and better value. If your shipping address
is not on file with your credit card company, just call the 1-800 number on the
back of the card (it only takes a few minutes); and tell them to put the
shipping address in the 'notes section' of your customer file. If you ask to
add a shipping address, most credit card companies will not let you so please
remember the 'notes section'.
CUSTOMERS
IN ALASKA AND HAWAII:
Please email us or call us for
shipping rates via 2-day FedEX. Free shipping offers are only for the 48
contiguous states, however, we do deduct regular ground shipping cost from the
faster service required for Alaska and Hawaii (if the product qualifies for
free shipping). We do not ship most oversized / overweight (over 60lbs) and open box items to Alaska and Hawaii.
APO/FPO
ADDRESSES:
Please call or email for shipping cost which is higher than for the
Continental U.S.
Please note that the weight limit is 50lbs and cannot be over 130 inches
combined length and girth (length+width+height).
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks shipping time for US Parcel Post deliveries.
All shipments are insured ONLY TO the USA APO address.
Once the APO receiver has accepted the shipment, Musiciansbuy.com is not
responsible for loss, damage or theft of any item.
SHIPPING
SURCHARGES:
Apply to most US Postal orders and over-weight and/or oversized items.If you
see the truck icon, a flat total shipping charge will be applied to your
purchase regardless of the amount of your total purchase as it is an overweight
and/or an oversized item and does not qualify for 100% free shipping. Due to
shipping company surcharges for some very remote locations, customers may
be charged for additional shipping charges for overweight and/or oversized
items. Customers will be contacted in advance of shipment when this happens.
Due to surcharges form trucking lines for 'no show' appointments when they attempt delivery, we have to charge you $50 if you do not keep your appointment. Please be there to receive at the time you have scheduled to avoid this unnecessary charge.
RURAL AREAS:
There may be additional charges for shipping to rural and/or remote areas.
We do our best to avoid these extras costs. However, if this is the case,
we will notify you. We will not bill you extra unless we have your consent and approval.
Free items
are not included with international shipments- email for a lower price
